MAHA Music Festival's first foray into Lincoln June 30 featured four of the city's top bands — The Machete Archive, Powerful Science, Irkutsk and Her Flyaway Manner. Machete, which will perform on MAHA's local stage Saturday, Aug. 13 in a yet-to-be-announced location in Omaha. The band chose its openers for this night's showcase, co-presented by Hear Nebraska. These photos were taken with HN's new camera — the product of a successful mini fundraising effort. Thanks to all who contributed. This is just a taste of what our new tool can produce.
