“High Five” by Talking Mountain | Love Drunk Video

by Django G-S

Somewhere under the scattered showers of confetti within a midtown Omaha living room, Talking Mountain is coming out of its shell. In Love Drunk's 59th session, Talking Mountain ditches those adorable, homemade masks, and pays homage to the trio's real friends with the song "High Five (My Friends Who are Alive)."

It's always been about fun for Talking Mountain, which has released a pair of albums on Slumber Party Records.

The band will bring its laser-light show to The Bourbon Theater in Lincoln this Thursday to party with Lincoln's Pharmacy Spirits and Philadelphia's Arrah and the Ferns. Arrah Fisher and her band will participate in their second Love Drunk video, just hours before the show. (The Love Drunk crew stopped in Philly last Spring to shoot session #32 with The Ferns.)

Check out Talking Mountain's latest album here, and their fun-soaked video below.
