House of Loom / Bluebarn's Witching Hour present ... Karaoke Theatre!
Karaoke Theatre begins Feb. 28th and follows every Tuesday after that. On the last Tuesday of every month, we'll pick a local theater or troupe to highlight and raise money for. And considering that this is our kick-off event, we've decided to start from square one by honoring Blue Barn.
//// What is Karaoke Theatre? ////
Every Tuesday (starting Feb. 28) at House of Loom, it's everything you love about karaoke with the volume turned up. Don't be afraid to go crazy: bring your own costumes, create your own choreography, bring your back up dancers or just grab some in-house props we'll have on hand.
With House of Loom's mission to support the arts, this weekly event is not only for karaoke fans, but also for the local theater industry. We'll have drink specials for those in the theater industry with our bar hosted by local actor Sara O'Neill. And on the last Tuesday of every month, party hosts Shannon Jaxies and Jenny Pool will pick a local theater or troupe to highlight and raise money for.

This month we're honoring Blue Barn Theater with the theme POP PRINCESSES. There will be a raffle (with all the proceeds going to Blue Barn) that will include tickets to their production of VIBRATOR PLAY and other ... exciting ... prizes. :)
Madonna. Britney. Ke$ha. Michael Jackson. Some are brilliant, some are trashy, but we love them, don't we? Let's just embrace it.
But if you're not that into the theme ... as long as you bring your a-game, you're welcome to the mic.
After we've done the karaoke thing, we'll erupt the night into dance with music selections from Brent Crampton.
So yes: support the Blue Barn, celebrate Pop Princesses, drink and be merry at House of Loom!
