Phoenix at the Omaha Music Hall | Photo Slideshow

Just days after their headlining show at Lollapalooza, Phoenix filled the seats of Omaha's soon-to-be-closed Music Hall. The Grammy award-winning band might just be the last big act to grace its stage before the Omaha Civic Auditorium, which includes the Music Hall, is set to close in 2014.

And as expected from a big act, Phoenix brought the proper lighting production. Vocalist Thomas Mars effortlessly sang song after song, and the band performed in step with their records, this year's Bankrupt! and 2009's Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix comprising the most of the Aug. 6 setlist.

The Music Hall being a seated venue, Mars needed to invite the audience on stage to encourage dancing. So for the last couple of songs, Mars did just that. The Omaha openers in Icky Blossoms don't often play for a stationary crowd, but their solid performance still won a few after-show fans.
