Union Pacific Challenge | Video Contest

Nebraska-based Union Pacific is looking for a facelift in preparation for its 150th anniversary celebration. And the railroad company is challenging videographers and musicians to help by remaking its classic 1970s television commercial, "We Can Handle It." UP is looking for a fresh, engaging video that speaks well to all ages and demographics. The railroad is offering prizes of up to $35,000 for select entries. The grand prize winner will receive $15,000, two finalists will receive $5,000 each and six runners up will receive $1,000 each. Also, each month, a lucky entry will receive $1,000.

All genres of music are welcome, from rap to jazz. And the deadline is July 1, 2012. Find more details, including rules and sheet music to the commercial's Great Big Rollin' Railroad theme song here.
